Bring your property and your dreams and we will help you make a plan that fits your desired investment and timeline. Need a lot? We can help you find one. Need Financing? We can recommend trusted partners.
Step 2
Design It
We work together with you and a local designer to create engineered construction drawings. We start with initial sketches, a purchased house plan, or one of our own plans. We use 3D renderings that we customize and tweak until the plan is just right for you.
Step 3
Build It
This is where we turn dreams into reality!
From excavation to completion, we will keep you updated and involved with progress, decisions, and finances. We do this with phone calls, in person meetings and a shared app.

We absolutely love the home Glacier Peak Homes built.
All the interior finishes (cabinets, countertops, light fixtures and hardware) are beautiful and what we would have chosen if we were building a custom home. The trim work is outstanding with details such as mitered joints to “wrap” it around the rounded wall corners. We can’t say enough about the quality of the home.
With my husband being a retired custom home builder it’s no small compliment that he calls the structure above par! Our crawl space is completely sealed and dry, giving us extra storage space. We love everything about our home and appreciate the ability to ask questions.
