We specialize in new home construction, additions, and outbuildings, and pride ourselves on using only quality materials and superior construction methods.
Our Home Building Process:
Our home construction services begin with a consultation to discuss your dreams, needs and budget. We also can answer any of your cquestions and share the details of the home building process and cost to build.
Then we take you through each step of the following process:
1. Buy Land that fits your needs and dreams if you don’t have property already.
2. Design your custom home plan and get the finals drawn up by the architect (including 3D rendering).
3. Get funding (cash or loan) and sign a custom home contract. This is when we can start building your home!
4. Prep the land and start excavation and foundation.
5. Get weekly updates with photos and regular meetings during your build to make sure you have all your questions answered and your choices decided.
6. Move into your dream home! And remember, we will help you with every step of this process!
We are currently booking discovery calls for custom home builds in late 2024 and starting in 2025.
